Men’s Soccer- The Chargers continued their winning streak to nine games, after posting a 1-0 record for the week. Dominican now stands 10-1-0 overall and 5-0 in the CACC. In their only action of the week, the Chargers held on for a 3-2 victory over CACC foe Holy Family University on 9/29. Goals were netted by Jhonny Arteaga Kyle Clancy and an unassisted team goal was awarded. Dominican has been ranked by the NSCAA in both the region and nationally all season. Their highest nationally ranking was 15th and the highest region ranking has been 2nd. New rankings are due out tomorrow. The Chargers are in action only once again this week as they travel to Goldey-Beacom College on 10/8 at 3pm.
Women’s Soccer- The Lady Chargers post a 1-2 record this week. The team now stands at 5-6-1 overall and 4-2-1 in the CACC. In a make up game against Felician College on 9/26, Dominican exploded for five goals in a 5-0 victory. Freshman standout Angela Correia netted three goals and one assist, while Pamela Mertens and Amanda Ragule each added a goal. Marie LaMaida and Tricia Dugan picked up assists in the win. On 9/28, the Lady Chargers were shut out by Holy Family University, 0-2 in a battle of the unbeaten teams in the CACC. Freshman keeper Allison Comentino had seven saves in the loss. The team finished up their week with a tough, 0-5 loss to Philadelphia University. Comentino had six saves in the game. This week the Lady Chargers will host New Jersey Institute of Technology on 10/5 and will travel to Goldey Beacom College on 10/8 for a 1pm game.
Women’s Volleyball- The women’s volleyball team posted a 2-2 record this week. They now stand at 5-9 overall and 4-7 in the CACC. On 9/27, the Lady Chargers defeated Felician College, 3-0 (30-18, 32-30, 30-6). Kinikia Collier led the team with nine kills. On 9/29, the team suffered a tough road game loss to Wilmington College, 0-3 (23-30, 25-30, 25-30). Collier once again led the team with 12 kills, while Megan Earl had 21 assists. In a tri-match held on 10/1, the Lady Chargers defeated Nyack College, 3-0, but fell to host Goldey-Beacom College, 0-3. In the match against Nyack (30-25, 30-16, 30-15), Collier led the team with nine kills and Earl had 39 assists. Against Goldey Beacom (18-30, 10-30, 21-30), Collier once again had nine kills and Earl had 23 assists. This week Dominican travels to Holy Family University on 10/4, will host University of the Sciences in Philadelphia on 10/6 and will head up to St. Anselm College on 10/8 for a non-conference tri-match.
Men’s
Golf-
On 9/27, the golf team traveled to Holy Family University for a
match against the host and Swarthmore College. The team shot
a 314 to take first place, while Swarthmore shot a 320 and HFU shot
a 346. Individually results for Dominican were 1.

Stone – 81. The team is participating in the
ECAC Tournament on 10/2-10/3 which is hosted by LeMoyne
College. Yesterday the team was tied for tenth place, with a
first round score 309. The team with tee off again today for
the final round.
