CHARGERS BASEBALL RANKED FOURTH IN NCBWA PRE-SEASON REGIONAL POLL

Orangeburg, NY (2/1/10) Dominican College has been ranked fourth in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Division II East Regional Pre-Season Poll which was released today.

The Chargers also received votes in the NCBWA Division II National Poll and was ranked 40th in the American Baseball Coaches Association Pre-Season Poll.

The first ABCA regular-season national poll will be released next Monday, Feb. 8, while the first NCBWA regular-season poll will be released March 1.

DC is scheduled to open the 2010 season Feb. 27th in a 10am non-conference double-header vs. the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in Petersburg, VA.
