Jackson, NJ- Brian Mackey, a freshman at Dominican College of N.Y., finished in fourth place in the 2005 NCAA Super-Regional Golf Tournament Wednesday afternoon at the Pine Barrens Golf Course in Jackson, NJ.

After getting off to a slow start, shooting an 82 on the first day and was six over in his first four holes, Mackey became the biggest mover in the final two days, firing rounds of 72 and 73 for a three day total of 227. He finished in a tie for second place in the second round with the eventual winner, Dan McCarthy, of Le Moyne College. He finished the third round again in a tie for second place.
