KYLE CLANCY NAMED CACC AND ECAC MEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK

NEW HAVEN, CT - Kyle Clancy of Dominican College has been named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference and the Eastern College Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the period of October 17-23. Lior Buton of Post University has been selected as Rookie of the Week.

Clancy, a senior forward from Walden, NY, scored four goals and dished out one assist for nine points in a 2-0 week for the Chargers. He registered a hat trick in a 4-0 conference victory over Nyack and added a goal and an assist against the University of the Disctict of Columbia. Clancy has been named Player of the Week on two occasions this season.

Buton, a freshman midfielder from Haifa, Israel, tallied three total points last week via a goal and an assist and provided the assist on the game-winning goal in a victory over Concordia.
