CHARGERS SOCCER RANKED REGIONALLY AND NATIONALLY
Orangeburg, NY (10/1/08) The Dominican College men's soccer team has been ranked both regionally and nationally in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Adidas Division II Rankings which were released yesterday.
Orangeburg, NY (10/1/08) The Dominican College men's soccer team has been ranked both regionally and nationally in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Adidas Division II Rankings which were released yesterday.
Dominican is currently ranked third in the East Region behind Southern New Hampshire and Merrimack College who are ranked fourth and thirteenth in the nation, respectively.
The Chargers are ranked 23rd in Division II and are 7-2-0 overall and 3-0-0 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) this season. Last week DC defeated CACC foe Holy Family University, 4-1 and defeated Caldwell College, 4-1 yesterday.
Dominican makes their second appearance in the national ranks as they were previously ranked fifth in the first rankings of the 2008 season. During that same week, the team held the top spot in the East Region and have been ranked regionally all season.
