Coach Campbell enters his fifth year as head coach of the men’s soccer program. Prior to coming to DC, Campbell spent a year as the assistant men’s coach at Division I, Bucknell University and also spent a year as an assistant coach at Bloomsburg University. In addition, Campbell spent three years as the assistant women’s coach at Binghamton University.
In his first season he guided the team to their first every NCAA Tournament, was ranked first in their region and finished the season with an 18-2 record and was ranked 11th in the NCAA Division II rankings. He was also named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) and the New England Regional Coach of the Year.
In his second year at the helm, the team posted a 12-4-3 overall record and an 8-0 record in the CACC. He guided the team to their third consecutive CACC Regular Season and Tournament Titles and was ranked 25th in the NCAA Division II final poll. Coach Campbell also led the team to their second consecutive NCAA Regional Appearance.
Coach Campbell began his collegiate career at Green Mountain College, where he led the team in assists and was second in goals scored. He also set a school record for the goals scored in a game and led the team to the conference final. After his freshman year, he transferred to Roberts Wesleyan College, where he led the team in goals and total scoring and was named Northeast Region Offensive Player of the week three times. He was part of a Raider team who won back-to-back American Mideast Conference (AMC) and Regional Championships in 1998 and 1999, and two National Association for Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Tournament Appearances.
After college, Coach Campbell spent a year with the Vermont Voltage of the Professional Development League (PDL) and helped lead the team to the conference semi-finals. He is currently the owner and director of NICETOUCH Soccer Camp.
Aside from coaching soccer, Campbell was named an Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and Sports Information in July of 2008 He is also the director of summer camps and responsible for game event managment. In August of 2009, he was promoted to his currently title of Assistant Athletic Director and Head Compliance Officer.

Coach Wilkinson returned to the Chargers coaching staff in 2008 after spending the previous year as an assistant coach Suffolk Community College. He was a member of the DC coaching staff for the 2006 season and was promoted to Associate Head Coach in June of 2009. In his first stint at DC, he helped guide the Chargers to a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship.
In his time at Suffolk Community College, he joined coach Frank Vertullo, a National Championship winner, in leading the team to a #2 ranking among Junior Colleges.
Wilkinson is a 2006 graduate of Nyack College where he was a member of the Warriors defense for one season before injuries forced him to stop playing. Prior to attending Nyack, he spent one year at Greenville College in Illinois.
Coach Wilkinson also runs his own training program called Starting Eleven for all ages. He is also a team trainer for an Academy program based out of New Jersey.
Wilkinson currently resides in Blauvelt, NY.
Coach Hodge enters his third year on the Charger staff.
Hodge was a two year starting defender for the Chargers. He was a pivotal part of the Charger defense that allowed 29 goals and posted 18 shut outs over a two year period.
The Chargers won two CACC Tournament Titles, two CACC Regular Season Championships, and earned the program's first berth in the NCAA Division II Tournament in 2005 and a repeat appearance in 2006 during his time as a player.
He is a 2008 graduate of Dominican College.
Coach Ruesgen enters his first year on the Charger staff.
Bryant enters her first year as a manager for the men's soccer team.
She is also the manager for the women's basketball team for the last four years and works in the Sports Information Office.
