DOMINICAN'S KNUTH NAMED TO 2007 DIVISION II DAKTRONICS SOFTBALL ALL-REGION TEAM

Smithfield, RI (5/9/07) Dominican College softball player, Kristine Knuth, has been named to the 2007 Division II Daktronics Softball Northeast All-Region Second Team as was announced today.

Smithfield, RI (5/9/07) Dominican College softball player, Kristine Knuth, has been named to the 2007 Division II Daktronics Softball Northeast All-Region Second Team as was announced today.

Knuth, a junior first basemen from Staten Island, NY, was one of this year's captains of the Lady Chargers. She sported a .404 batting average this season to lead the team. Knuth finished first on the team with four triples, second with 44 hits, tied for second with six doubles and was third with 21 RBIs. She was currently ranked in a tie for sixth place in the CACC in batting and third in triples.
