Philadelphia Rams Down Dominican Lady Chargers, 3-0

Philadelphia, PA (9/30/06) The Philadelphia University women's volleyball team defeated the The Dominican College Lady Chargers, 3-0 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) volleyball match this afternoon.

Philadelphia, PA (9/30/06)  The Philadelphia University women's volleyball team defeated the The Dominican College Lady Chargers, 3-0 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) volleyball match this afternoon.

The Rams won the match in three straight games by scores of 30-9, 30-13 and 30-15 for the sweep.

The Lady Chargers were led by sophomore Kinikia Collier (Garnerville, NY) who had six kills and 10 digs.  Antointte Hackett (Pearl River, NY) had 15 digs, while Kaitlin Earl (Greenville, NY) had seven assists.

Two Rams were in double digits in kills as Molloy Malone and Celena Rendon both had 11 kills a piece.  Kristin Goede had 39 assists in the win.

With the win the Rams improve to 12-2 overall and 5-1 in the CACC, while Dominican falls to 2-13 overall and 2-6 in the CACC.

Dominican is back in action on Monday night when they host Post University in a CACC match scheduled for 7pm at the Hennessy Center.
