RAMS DEFEAT LADY CHARGERS VOLLEYBALL

Orangeburg, NY (10/25/08) The Dominican College Lady Chargers volleyball team dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) women's volleyball match to host Philadelphia University, 3-0 (15-25, 16-25, 14-25) this afternoon.

Orangeburg, NY (10/25/08)  The Dominican College Lady Chargers volleyball team dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) women's volleyball match to host Philadelphia University, 3-0 (15-25, 16-25, 14-25) this afternoon.

Senior Kinikia Collier (Garnerville, NY) led the team with seven kills.  Ashley Simpson (Spring Valley, NY) added five kills while setter Kaitlin Earl (Greenville, NY) led the team with 17 assists.

Nicole Berkstresser led the Rams with nine kills, while Molly Malone added eight kills in the win.

With the loss Dominican falls to 0-23 overall and 0-13 in the CACC, while Philadelphia improves to 14-9 overall and 9-3 in the CACC.

The Lady Chargers are back in action next Thursday when they host Post University in CACC women's volleyball action.  Game time is set for 7pm on Coach Baxter Court at the Hennessy Center.
