Orangeburg, NY (5/4/09) The Dominican College baseball team remained the top team in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) East Region Poll which was released today.
Orangeburg, NY (5/4/09) The Dominican College baseball team remained the top team in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) East Region Poll which was released today.
The Chargers posted a 7-1 record last week, which included season series sweeps over Caldwell College and the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. The team split two games with St. Thomas Aquinas College.
This is the third #1 ranking for Dominican this season in the NCBWA poll. The team has also held the top spot in the NCAA East Region all season.
The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association consists of sports information directors from the east region and is no way affiliated with the NCAA.
