CHARGERS SIT IN FOURTH PLACE AFTER ROUND ONE OF 9TH ANNUAL CHARGER CHALLENGE
Suffern, N.Y. (9/30/16) The Charger golf team shot a combined score of 318 on a rainy afternoon in the first round of the 9th Annual Charger Challenge being played at Spook Rock Golf Course.

Concordia College is in first place after round one with a team score of 312, followed by Goldey-Beacom College (315), Nyack College (316), Dominican (318) and Post University (323) to round out the top five teams.
Chestnut Hill College is in sixth place (326), while Felician (338) is in seventh place and Philadelphia University (341) is in eighth place.
Sophomore Leonard Lee (Wyckoff, N.J.) is in a tie for third place with a 75 (+3) first round score.
Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) shot a round of 78 to tie for eighth place, while Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) is tied for 20th place with a round of 81.
Lode Nolmans (Brussels, Belgium) had a first round score of 84 to tie for 24th place, while Jayce Robinson (Sparks, Nevada) is tied for 38th place with a first round score of 88.
Colin Costigan (Point Pleasant, N.J.) shot an 87 in the first round as an individual to be in a tie for 33rd place, while Arthur Albero (Staten Island, N.Y.) is in a tie for 45th place with a 91 score and Kenneth Platt (Chestnut Ridge, N.Y.) had a score of 92 to be in a tie for 47th place.
Final round play begins tomorrow morning at Spook Rock Golf Course.
