CHARGERS TIES FOR SIXTH PLACE AT MIKE BELLO INVITATIONAL
Baldwinsville, N.Y. (4/13/21) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in a tie for sixth place at the Mike Bello Invitational held yesterday at Timber Banks Golf Course.

The Chargers tied with fellow Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) member, Goldey-Beacom College, with a two-day team score of 616. DC shot a 317 on the first day and a 299 on day two.
Juan David Fajardo (Bogota, Colombia) was the high finisher for the Chargers as he tied for ninth place with rounds of 76 and 74 for a 150 total (+6).
Freshman Alejandro Gomez Cervantes (Torreon, Mexico) shot rounds of 79 and 75 for a combined 154 total score to tie for 20th place.
Alexander Lundvall (Stockholm, Sweden) tied for 29th place with rounds of 82 and 75 to finish with a 157 score.
Teammates Daniel Acosta Murguia (Torreon, Mexico) and Nicholas Arrieta (Bucaramanga, Colombia) both tied for 42nd place with a total score of 167. Murguia shot rounds of 80 and 87, while Arrieta had rounds of 92 and 75.
