GOMEZ CERVANTES AND LUNDVALL COMPLETE ROUND ONE AT ATLANTIC/EAST SUPER REGIONAL TOURNAMENT

Victor, N.Y. (5/5/22) Dominican College golfers, Alejandro Gomez Cervantes (Torreon, Mexico) and Alexander Lundvall (Stockholm, Sweden) competed play in the opening round of the 2022 NCAC Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional Tournament on Thursday, hosted by Le Moyne College at the Ravenwood Golf Club.

Victor, N.Y. (5/5/22) Dominican College golfers, Alejandro Gomez Cervantes (Torreon, Mexico) and Alexander Lundvall (Stockholm, Sweden) competed play in the opening round of the 2022 NCAC Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional Tournament on Thursday, hosted by Le Moyne College at the Ravenwood Golf Club.

Gomez Cervantes is tied for 11th place after the first round with a score of 72 (E), while Lundvall is tied for 27th place with a score of 74 (+2).  Gomez Cervantes had four birdies in the opening round, while Lundvall had three birdies on day one.  Both players were tied for second on shooting even on the par-three holes, while Gomez Cervantes was tied for third by finishing one-under par on the par-five holes.

The Chargers return to the links tomorrow for round two.
