MEN'S GOLF FINISH SIXTH AT PENMEN SPRING INVITATIONAL

Results

Manchester, N.H. (4/14/26)  The Dominican University New York men's golf team finished in sixth place at the Penmen Spring Invitational held yesterday and today at Derryfield Country Club and hosted by Southern New Hampshire University.

The Chargers compiled team scores of 303 and 303 to finish with a 606 total and sixth place finish.

Senior Joseph Benesch had the high finish for the Chargers as he tied for eighth place with rounds of 73 and 72 for a 145 total score.  He had five birdies in round one and followed with two birdies in the second round.

As a team, Dominican had nine birdies in the first round and seven birdies in the final round.

Dominican returns to action on Friday when they begin play at the Penmen Season Finale.
