DOMINICAN GOLF FINISHES FOURTH AT PENMEN SEASON FINALE
Concord, N.H. (4/18/26) The Dominican University New York men's golf team finished in fourth place at the Penmen Season Finale, held yesterday and today at Beaver Meadow Golf Course and hosted by Southern New Hampshire University.
The Chargers had a first round score of 285 to sit in second place and follwed with a 299 today to finish with a two-day total of 584 and fourth place finish among the 12 competing teams.
Senior Joseph Benesch had the high finish as he tied for seventh place with rounds of 69 and 73 for a total score of 142. In action yesterday, he had six birdies and followed with an eagle and two birdies today.
As a team, the Chargers had 24 birdies and one eagle in the two-day tournament.
