BURGESS NAMED TO NABC EAST ALL-DISTRICT SECOND TEAM

Orangeburg, N.Y. (3/29/22) Dominican College men's basketball player, Jalen Burgess, has recently been named to 2022 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) East All-District Second Team as was announced by the organization.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (3/29/22) Dominican College men's basketball player, Jalen Burgess, has recently been named to 2022 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) East All-District Second Team as was announced by the organization.

This is Burgess's first NABC All-District accolades.  He was previously named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Second Team and to the CACC All-Tournament Team. 

Burgess led the team in both scoring and rebounding.  He was second in the conference in steals, fifth in field goals, sixth in points and pointts per game and ninth in rebounds, rebounds per game and three-point field goals.

He is one of three players from the CACC to be named to the NABC East All-District Team as Devonte McCall from Post University and Erik Timko of Thomas Jefferson also received the honors, along with Post's Marc Kuntz who was named the Coach Of the Year.
