Lafayette Hill, Pa. (5/6/21) The Dominican College men's lacrosse team visited the Griffins of Chestnut Hill College for the 2021 CACC Men's Lacrosse Championships Semi-Final.
The #1 seeded Chestnut Hill College defeated the #5 seeded Chargers by a score of 25-4 to earn a trip to the 2021 CACC Men's Lacrosse Championships Finals.
The Griffins scored four goals in the first quarter and ten goals in the second quarter. CHC added six goals in the third. The Chargers got on the board with four goals in the fourth and CHC added five in the fourth.
Daniel Carson (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) added an assist and took eight shots in the game. Jordan Rivers (Bronx, N.Y.), Kyle Benedetto (Wantagh, N.Y.), Matthew Solano (Old Bridge, N.J.), and Terence O'Loughlin (Nanuet, N.Y.) scored one goal each.
Luke Martini (Abington, Mass.) led the team in shots with 11 and recorded four on goal.
Patrick Gifford (Galloway, N.J.) and Stefan Peabody (Brookhaven, N.Y.) split time in goal. Gifford recorded eight saves and Peabody finished with two saves.
