MEN'S AND WOMEN'S TRACK TAKE PART IN PEACOCK OUTDOOR INVITATIONAL #1
Jersey City, N.J. (4/9/21) The Dominican College men's track and field team traveled to the Peacock Outdoor Invitational #1 this past Wednesday.

In the long jump event, freshman Kenney Lauredent (Pomona, N.Y.) had the high finish of fourth place with a jump of 6.32m (20 feet, 8.81 inches). Ezra Evans (Greensboro, N.C.) took 13th place with a jump of 5.77m (18 feet, 11.16 inches).
Junior Jaylen Cruz (Middletown, N.Y.) took 15th place in the 400m run with a time of 53.68, while Olatunji Adweole (North Plainfield, N.J.) finished in 18th place with a time of 53.99. Cameron Whitton (Monroe, N.Y.) ran a time of 56.12 to finish in 24th place.
On the women's side, Desiree Joseph-Jarvis (Livingston, N.J.) took part in the 400m run where she took 14th place with a time of 1:06.36.
Junior Sabrina Hernandez (Stony Point, N.Y.) finished in sixth place in the shot put with a throw of 10.05m (32 feet, 11.66 inches). Stacy Eliezer (New City, N.Y.) took ninth place with a throw of 8.87m (29 feet, 1.21 inches).
