Dominican got on the board with a run in the first inning as sophomore shortstop, Julie Plante (Swansea, MA) led the game off with a double to left field. The Lions combined to score seven runs in the third, fourth and fifth innings to take an 8-2 lead and a Lady Charger run in the sixth on freshman Paige Berzak's (Cypress, CA) first career home run over the right field fence made the score 8-3.
