TRACK TRAVEL TO ROADRUNNER INVITATIONAL

Mahwah, NJ (4/2/11) The Dominican College women's track team traveled to the Roadrunner Invitational hosted by Ramapo College this afternoon. The Lady Chargers competed in four events with a total of seven competitors.

Mahwah, NJ (4/2/11)  The Dominican College women's track team traveled to the Roadrunner Invitational hosted by Ramapo College this afternoon.  The Lady Chargers competed in four events with a total of seven competitors.

Junior Samantha Klunk (York, PA) took third place in the steeplechase with a time of 12:39.16. 

Sarah Dugandzic (Suffer, NY) ran a time of 5:18.34 to finish in 18th place in the women's 1500 meter run, while Krystal Campbell (New Windsor, NY) finished in 27th place with a time of 5:40.23.

Sophomore Keyla Cruz (Bronx, NY) took 28th place in the women's 800 meter run with a time of 2:50.88, while Amanda Castro (New Rochelle, NY) took 32nd place with a time of 2:57.09.

Sharrika Brent (Brooklyn, NY) took part in the 200 meter dash where she took 42nd place with a time of 31.47.  Michelle Brito (Washington Heights, NY) finished in 47th place with a time of 33.77.
