Smithfield, R.I. (6/12/25)  The National Tenpin Coaches Association is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 NTCAAll-Academic Scholar Teams and All-Academic Scholar Athleties for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

To qualify for the NTCA All-Academic Scholar Team award, programs must have maintained a cumulative team GPA of 3.2 or higher during the 2024–25 academic year. This year, forty-nine teams earned this prestigious distinction, exemplifying a strong commitment to excellence both on the lanes and in the classroom, as detailed below.

The NTCA All-Academic Team honors collegiate bowlers who have excelled in the classroom while competing at the highest levels of the sport. To be eligible, student-athletes must have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.4 during the academic year. The National Tenpin Coaches Association is privileged to showcase the exceptional academic accomplishments of our student-athletes.

The Dominican University New York women's bowling team received the honors with a team cumulative GPA of 3.318.  Bowlers Alexandra DeLeon, Briana Sinnott, Justine O'Connor, Kyra Walter and Stephanie O'Malley were named All-Academic Scholar Athletes.
