DOMINICAN CHARGES PAST EAGLES
Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/21/26) The Dominican University New York women's lacrosse team charged past the Eagles of Post University this afternoon to extend their winning streak to nine straight games.
The Lady Chargers, #19 in the latest IWLCA poll and under consideration in the NCAA East Region poll, improved to 11-3 overall and 7-0 in the CACC. Post falls to 2-7 overall and 1-7 in the CACC.
The Lady Chargers took a commanding lead early with eight goals in the first quarter followed by four goals in the second quarter and led 12-0 at half.
Post got on the board in the third quarter after Alyssa Hebb scored the only goal for the Eagles. Dominican finished the third quarter with six goals and then added four goals in the fourth on their way to the 22-1 win.
CACC Goalkeeper of the Week Daniela Parisi picked up her 11th win on the season in net. Parisi made three saves in the win while Dynastee Ramos also saw action in net for the Lady Chargers and also made three saves.
CACC Player of the Week Madison Mileti filled the stat sheet once again scroing a career high seven goals while dishing out two assists for seven points. Mileti matched a career high seven draw controls.
Dani Cox scored a career high four goals while adding two assists. Alexa Preston also scored four goals while adding one assist, one groundball, and one caused turnover.
Leila Paz netted three goals and four draw controls. Kate Frae, Gabriella Donofrio, Alyssa Kromer, and Addison Sullivan each scored one goal.
Payton LaVallee picked up a team-high six groundballs and added four draw controls as well as a team-high four caused turnovers.
The Lady Chargers host Calwell University for their home finale and Senior Day on Thursday.
