Coach Rodrigues enters her second season as a member of the women’s lacrosse coaching staff at Dominican University New York. During the 2025 campaign, she played an integral role in guiding the program to its third consecutive Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship and an appearance in the NCAA Quarterfinals against Pace University.

A former collegiate standout, Rodrigues competed at Manhattan University, where she distinguished herself as a dynamic offensive contributor and respected leader. As a freshman, she set a program record for most goals scored in a single game against Fairfield University in 2001. In 2003, she was selected as Tri-Captain during her junior season, reflecting her leadership, work ethic, and commitment to team excellence.

A Rockland County native, Rodrigues was a four-year starting midfielder at Pearl River High School. She set the school’s female student-athlete record by surpassing 100 career goals within her first three seasons (1997–1999), ultimately compiling 203 career points (152 goals, 51 assists). She served as Team Captain during her senior years (1999–2000), further exemplifying her leadership on and off the field.

In addition to her collegiate responsibilities, Rodrigues is in her third year as Head Coach of Mahwah Girls Lacrosse in Mahwah, New Jersey. She served as Head Coach of Mahwah’s ELA Select 2028/2029 team in Spring 2025 and previously led the Girls 28/29 Yellow Jackets – Rockland program in 2024. Beyond team coaching, Rodrigues provides specialized individual and small-group training, with a focus on speed development, position-specific skills, shooting mechanics, offensive strategy, and comprehensive off-season strength/endurance programming.
