LADY CHARGERS LOSE TO GEORGIAN COURT UNIVERSITY

Lakewood, N.J. (10/11/14) The Dominican College women's soccer squad fell in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action to host, Georgian Court University, 3-0, in a game played at GCU. With the loss, DC now stands at 3-5-2 overall and 3-3-2 in CACC play.

Lakewood, N.J. (10/11/14)  The Dominican College women's soccer squad fell in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action to host, Georgian Court University, 3-0, in a game played at GCU.  With the loss, DC now stands at 3-5-2 overall and 3-3-2 in CACC play.

GCU tallied one goal in the 30th minute of action, added one in the 47th minute and scored the game's final goal at the 72:39 mark.

Keeper Gina Yannette (Dumont, N.J.) made two saves in 30:50 in the net, while Veronica Iozzi (Chester, N.J.) made seven saves in 59:10.

The Lady Chargers will host Wilmington University on October 18th on the DC Soccer Field.  Game time is slated for noon.
