LADY CHARGERS PLAY TO DRAW WITH NYACK COLLEGE

Orangeburg, N.Y. (10/29/14) The Dominican College women's soccer team played to a 0-0 double overtime draw with the visiting Warriors of Nyack College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game played at the DC Soccer Field.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (10/29/14)  The Dominican College women's soccer team played to a 0-0 double overtime draw with the visiting Warriors of Nyack College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game played at the DC Soccer Field.

Following the draw, Dominican now stands at 4-7-3 overall and 4-4-3 in conference play.

Nyack outshot DC, 11-5, while the Lady Chargers held a 3-2 advantage in corner kicks.

Keeper Veronica Iozzi (Chester, N.J.) made three saves in the tie.

The Lady Chargers will conclude the regular season on Friday as they take on Goldey-Beacom College at 1pm on the DC Soccer Field.
