2019-20 Dominican College Women’s Tennis Summary
In their inaugural season, the women’s tennis squad finished the year with an overall record of 3-10 and a 207 record in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).
The Lady Chargers finished in eighth place in the conference under first-year head coach, Joseph Gravagna.
Freshman Joana Ndunduma led the team with six wins overall in the season. She sported a 5-3 record in the fifth singles position and went 1-1 in tournament play.
Rookie Nora Frederick picked up four wins in the third singles spot and one win in tournament play to finish with five wins on the year. Isha Mbaye earned four wins this year in the second singles slot.
In double play the team of junior Paula Gutierrez and sophomore Kendra Saintel led the team with two wins in the third doubles position.
The spring portion of their season was canceled due to COVID19.
