SPRING 2021 CACC WOMEN'S TENNIS PRESEASON COACHES POLL ANNOUNCED
New Haven, Conn. (2/25/21) Defending league champion Concordia College on Wednesday was picked first in the Spring 2021 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Women's Tennis Preseason Coaches Poll, as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. The Clippers earned 25 points in the voting, including five first-place votes, which was conducted by the league's six head coaches in the sport who will have teams competing this spring.

The Clippers earned 25 points in the voting, including five first-place votes, which was conducted by the league's six head coaches in the sport who will have teams competing this spring.
Thomas Jefferson University was second with 18 points, while Chestnut Hill College rounded out the top three with 17 points.
The fall 2020 season was postponed late last summer due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but adminsitrators throughout the conference held lengthy discussions to ensure a spring season would be held for the women's tennis programs. The 2021 CACC Women's Tennis conference schedule gets underway on March 17, and the regular season will be a lead up to the conference championship tournament the weekend of April 23-25. Final details of the Spring 2021 CACC Women's Tennis Championship will be announced at a later date.
