2021-22 Dominican College Women’s Tennis Summary

 

 

In their third season of competition, the women’s tennis squad finished the year with an overall record of 0-10 and an 0-6 record in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC). 

 

 

The Lady Chargers finished in seventh place in the conference under first-year head coach, Da’Tekena Barango Tariah. 

 

 

Isha Mbaye went 2-6 in singles action this season, while Rupkatha Mukherjee went 2-8 in singles. 

 

 

Alyssa Hamblin was named to the CACC All-Academic Team, along with being inducted into the Dominican University New York Sigma Chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma.

 

 

The team is expected to return both Mukherjee and Mbaye, along with the rest of the team for the 22-23 year.
