CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES AT FORDHAM FIASCO

Bronx, NY (9/12/10) The Dominican College women's cross country team competed at the 2010 Fordham University Fiasco held at Van Cortlandt Park this morning where the team finished thirteenth out of 18 teams.

Bronx, NY (9/11/10)  The Dominican College women's cross country team competed at the 2010 Fordham University Fiasco held at Van Cortlandt Park this morning where the team finished thirteenth out of 18 teams. 

Junior Sarah Dugandzic (Suffern, NY) was the top finisher for DC as she finished in 61st place out of 165 runners with a time of 21:19.27.  Sophomore Julia Miller (Mount Vernon, NY) took 74th place with a time of 21:43.05, while Samantha Klunk (York, PA) ran a time of 22:18.23.

Freshmen Jessica Avila (Mount Vernon, NY) and Amanda Castro (New Rochelle, NY) ran times of 22:36.01 and 24:45.66, while Keyla Cruz (Bronx, NY) finished with a time of 25:01.79.

Sharrika Brent (Brooklyn, NY) and Imani Cooper (New Rochelle, NY) rounded out the Lady Chargers scoring with times of 28:47.47 and 29:06.44.
