CHARGERS BASEBALL DROPS TO TENTH IN NCBWA POLL

Rindge, NH (4/14/08)  The Dominican College baseball team has dropped to  tenth in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers of American (NCBWA) Division II Northeast Regional Poll which was released today.  Last week the Chargers were ranked ninth in the poll.

The Chargers are currently 16-18 overall and 8-6 in the CACC.  Last week, Dominican posted a 5-3 record.

The NCBWA's Northeast Regional committee for 2008 is Doug Monson, Sports Information Director at Franklin Pierce (coordinator), Ken Johnson, SID at Saint Anselm, John Tagliaferri, SID at Pace, Jennifer Mischke, SID at Molloy, Chuck Sadowski, SID at Bridgeport, Adam Siepiola, Assistant SID at Adelphi, Bob Heller, Assistant AD/SID at University of Sciences in Philadelphia, Matt McLagan, SID at Caldwell and Matt Connors, Assistant SID at Philadelphia.

The NCBWA Division II Northeast Regional poll is in no way affiiated with the NCAA Division II
Tournament selection committee rankings.
