DOMINICAN BASEBALL REMAINS #1 IN NCAA EAST REGION POLL

Orangeburg, NY (4/22/09) The Dominican College baseball team has remained the top spot in the NCAA East Region Baseball Poll which was released this afternoon. The Chargers are the only team from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in the rankings.

Orangeburg, NY (4/22/09)  The Dominican College baseball team has remained the top spot in the NCAA East Region Baseball Poll which was released this afternoon.  The Chargers are the only team from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in the rankings.

This is the second straight week that the Chargers have held the top ranking.

DC is currently 25-9 after posting a 5-0 record last week.   The teams also holds wins over #2 UMASS-Lowell and #4 Franklin Pierce University this season.
