Golf Team Finishes Ninth At St. Thomas Aquinas Spring Invitational

Ocean City, MD (3/25/06) The Dominican College golf team finished ninth out of fourteen teams at the St. Thomas Aquinas Spring Invitational held at Rum Pointe Golf Course in Ocean City, Maryland yesterday and today.

Golf Team Finishes Ninth At St. Thomas Aquinas Spring Invitational

Ocean City, MD (3/25/06)  The Dominican College golf team finished ninth out of fourteen teams at the St. Thomas Aquinas Spring Invitational held at Rum Pointe Golf Course in Ocean City, Maryland yesterday and today.

Brian Mackey (Chestnut Ridge, NY) and Tony Viola (Pomona, NY) shot a combined score of 157 each in the two day event.  Both shot a 78 on the first day and a 79 on the second day.

The Chargers shot a combined socre of 318 on the first day and 325 on the second day for a total score of 643 which was one point behind eighth place, Wilmington College.

Andrew A.J. Lee (Nanuet, NY) shot a 76 on day one and an 83 on day two for a total 159 score.
