Dominican Golf Wins Caldwell College Invite II

Essex Falls, NJ (4/18/06) The Dominican College golf team bested three other Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference teams to win the Caldwell College Invite II yesterday afternoon.

Essex Falls, NJ (4/18/06)  The Dominican College golf team bested three other Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference teams to win the Caldwell College Invite II yesterday afternoon.

 Sophomore Brian Mackey (Chestnut Ridge, NY) finished first in the individual standings, shooting a 76 for the day.  Justin Jacaruso (Suffern, NY) finished in fourth place with a 77, while Tony Viola (Pomona, NY) finished in sixth place with a 81.  A.J. Lee (Nanuet, NY) tied for seventh place with a round of 82.

Michael Ciaravino (Islip Terrace, NY) shot a 89 which put in in twelfth place.

The Chargers shot a team total 316 to win the tournament.  Wilmington College finished in second place with a 320, followed by Nyack College with a 343 and host Caldwell College finished in fourth place, shooting a 404.
