Dominican College Men’s Soccer Ranked Both Regionally and Nationally

Blauvelt, NY (9/14/05) The Dominican College men’s soccer team has been ranked both regionally and nationally by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, as was announced yesterday.

In the NSCAA/Adidas regional poll, the Chargers were remained second after Merrimack College, who are 4-2, out of ten teams. Fellow CACC member, Caldwell College, were ranked ninth.

In the NSCAA/Adidas national poll, Dominican ranked fifteenth out of twenty-five teams throughout NCAA Division II members. They move up two spots after being ranked seventeenth last week.

This is the second national ranking for the Chargers who are currently 5-1 after defeating Bloomfield College, 3-0 on September 10 and the second time being ranked regionally this year.
