CLANCY NAMED CACC MEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK

NEW HAVEN, CT - Ryan Clancy of Dominican College has been named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player of the Week for the period of October 10-16. Chris Flynn of Goldey-Beacom College has earned Rookie of the Week accolades.

Clancy, a sophomore from Walden, NY, tallied seven points on three goals and one assist in a 2-0 week for the Chargers. He had two goals in a 6-0 win over Saint Rose and added a goal and an assist in an important 3-1 conference win over Caldwell on Saturday.

With the win over the Cougars, the 18th-ranked Chargers moved into sole possession of first-place in the conference.
