#4 HOLY FAMILY UNIVERSITY UPSETS #1 DOMINICAN COLLEGE CHARGERS

Rutherford, NJ (10/31/07)  The fourth seeded Tigers of Holy Family University advanced to the finals of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) men's soccer tournament with a 1-0 upset over top seeded Dominican College Chargers this afternoon at Tryon Field in Rutherford, NJ.

Steve Kientzy netted the unassisted game winner at 12;24 after stealing the ball from the DC defense and putting in the bottom left corner of the net.

The Chargers out shot Holy Family University 15-14, but could not put the ball past the Tiger keeper.

Dominican keeper Robert Kelly (Kearny, NJ) had four saves in the loss, while Tiger keeper Benjamin Roller also had four saves.

With the win, Holy Family University improves to 14-7-1 overall, while the Chargers end the season with an 11-3-5 record.

The Tigers will face the winner of the #2 Wilmington University Wildcats/#3 Caldwell College Cougars on Saturday at 6:30 pm at Tryon Field in the CACC Championship Game.
