Orangeburg, NY (10/28/08) The Felician College men's soccer team stunned host Dominican College, who are currently ranked 22nd in country, 1-0 this afternoon in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference men's soccer action held at the Torne Valley Sports Complex.

The lone unassisted goal of the game was scored at 14:35 as junior forward Quincy Small (Linden, Guyana) fired off a shot from the 24 yard line that sailed over the goalie's head and into the top left corner of the net.
Dominican had a chance to tie the game with five seconds left as they were awarded a corner kick, but the Golden Falcon defense was able to clear the ball to maintain the 1-0 win. DC had an 18-9 advantage in shots and a 9-4 advantage in corner kicks for the game.
Felician keeper Paulo DoSantos (Toronto, Canada) made seven saves in the shut out victory.
Charger keeper Brandon Heembrock (Ottawa, Canada) had seven saves in the loss.
With the victory Felician improves to 5-10-1 overall and 3-7 in the CACC, while the Chargers fall to 11-3-2 overall and 7-1-2 in the CACC. Felician's victory marks the first conference loss for Dominican since the 2004 season. Since then the Chargers had been 24-0-1 in CACC regular season play.
Today was the last regular season game for the Chargers and they will await to see where they are seeded in the upcoming CACC Tournament which will kick off next Tuesday at the higher seeds. The semi-finals and finals will be held at Chestnut Hill College on November 6 and 8.
