LADY CHARGERS CROSS COUNTRY FINISH EIGHTH AT CACC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Blauvelt, NY (10/20/07) The Dominican College women's cross country team finished in eighth place this afternoon at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships held at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia, PA.
Junior captain Jessica Lappe (Nanuet, NY) finished in 11th place and was the top DC finisher with a time of 21:03. Sophomore Andrea Johnston (New Windsor, NY) took 47th place with a time of 23:57, while Jaime Woyce (East Rutherford, NJ) took 58th place with a time of 25:37.
Jenifer Olin (Oceanside, NY) took 60th place with a time of 26:22, while Sarah Kiernan finished in 67th place with a time of 28:57.
This was the final meet of the 2007 season for the Lady
Chargers.
