DOMINICAN GOLF FINISHES IN THREE WAY TIE FOR FOURTH PLACE AT THE 2008 EAGLE SHOOTOUT
Bloomfield, CT (10/8/08) The Dominican College golf team finished in a three way tie for fourth place at the 2008 Eagle Shootout hosted by Post University at the Wintonbury Hills Golf Course this past weekend.

As a team the Chargers shot a two day total of 630 to finish behind Adelphi University, Post University and American International College. They tied with College of St. Rose and the University of Massachusetts-Lowell for fourth place.
Senior AJ Lee (Nanuet, NY) was the top finisher for the Chargers with a two day total of 152 (76, 76) to finish in a tie for eighth place. Thomas Lalonde (Red Hook, NY) finished in a tie for 24th place with rounds of 81 and 77 for a total 158 score.
Freshman Braedan May (Port Perry, Ontario) shot an 80 in both rounds for a score of 160 and finished in a tie for 30th place with fellow freshman John Murphy III (South Windsor, CT) who had an 83 on the first day and came back with a 77 on day two for the 160 score.
James Reppert (Joppatowne, MD) shot a 180 total score (98, 82) to finish in a tie for 60th place.
Dominican hosts the "Charger Classic" this coming Sunday and Monday at the Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern, NY.
