GOLF FINISHES NINTH AT ST. THOMAS AQUINAS COLLEGE SPRING INVITE

Ocean City, MD (3/22/10) The Dominican College men's golf team finished ninth at the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spring Invite held at the Rum Pointe Golf Course in Ocean City, MD this past weekend.
The Chargers shot combined scores of 314 and 333 to finish with a total score of 647 (+71) for the tournament. Wilmington University took home the team title, followed by St. Thomas Aquinas, Central Connecticut, Dowling, Goldey-Beacom, Shepherd, Nyack and Holy Family University.
Senior Brian Kivlehan (Mahwah, NJ) was the top finisher for the Chargers with a total 155 (76, 79) score to place in a tie for 25th place.
Freshman Lewis Morse (Aurora, NY) finished in 38th place with rounds of 80 and 81 for a 161 total score, while Michael Ciabattari (New Hampton, NY) tied for 39th place with a 165 (81, 84) two-day score.
Teammate Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, NJ) shot rounds of 77 and an 89 for a combined score of 166 and a three-way tie for 41st place.
Sophomore Bryan Romagnoli (Waldwick, NJ) scored rounds of 93 and 98 for a 191 total score.
