Flushing, N.Y. (9/10/25) The Dominican University New York men's soccer team fell in non-conference action to the Knights of Queens College by a score of 4-0.
The Knights scored two goals in the first half and two in the second half to secure the win and improve to 2-0-1.
After the loss, the Chargers now hold a record of 0-2-1 overall.
DU goalkeeper David Arteaga started in net and made 11 saves. QC keeper Thanasis Shehadeh made three saves and secured the shutout victory.
The QC goals were scored by Miguel Soto Gonzalez who netted two goals. Harry Cooke scored early in the first half while Bradyn Brown connected on a penalty kick in the 89th minute.
Nichlas Thulin Kamfjord took two shots for the Chargers while Eyob McFarland and Oscar Chazalet each recorded one shot.
The Chargers return to action this Saturday on the road against Pace University.
