PRESTON NETS CAREER HIGH AS LADY CHARGERS PUSH WINNING STREAK TO EIGHT STRAIGHT
Philadelphia, Pa. (4/18/26) The Dominican University New York women's lacrosse team extended their winning streak to eight games after they downed the Tigers of Holy Family University in CACC action this afternoon.
The Lady Chargers, ranked in the latest USA Lacrosse and IWLCA rankings as well as under consideration for the NCAA Regional rankings, improve to 10-3 overall and 6-0 in the CACC.
Goalkeeper Daniela Parisi wins her 10th game of the season in net while making three saves. Dynastee Ramos also saw time in net for the Lady Chargers.
The Lady Chargers scored 11 goals in the first half and then followed up with nine goals in the second half on their way to the 20-0 win.
Alexa Preston led the way with a career high seven goals, including three out of DU's four goals scored in the third quarter. Preston also added one assist while picking up one groundball and one draw control.
Madison Mileti finished with five goals and a team-high six assists for 11 points. Dani Cox scored three goals while Addison Sullivan, Sarah Gatto, Payton LaVallee, Kaitlyn Hillard, and Emily Murtha each added one goal.
Jenna Rigo and Savannah Eichert each picked up a team-high three groundballs. Rigo also added a team-high five caused turnovers.
The Lady Chargers return home on Tuesday when they host Post University.
